Level: 301 (Principal Engineer/Senior Staff+)
Category: About You & Motivation
Target Role: Principal Engineer, Senior Staff Engineer

Question

"What are 3 constructive feedbacks you've received from your manager?"

Strong Answer Example

I also became more comfortable with 'good enough' solutions that could be iterated on rather than perfect solutions that took too long to implement.
