The Challenge:

3. Risk Mitigation:

  • Created comprehensive monitoring for each scaling milestone
  • Built circuit breakers to protect critical payment flows
  • Implemented gradual rollout with automated rollback capabilities
  • Maintained parallel legacy systems until new systems proved stable

4. Business Integration:
