Mistakes & Learning from Failure - Level 101: Technical Failure Analysis (Question 4)
Question: Tell me about a time when you had a technical failure or bug that caused issues. How did you analyze and fix it?
Strong Answer Example:

Initial Discovery: "The failure was discovered through monitoring alerts showing a spike in user complaints about recommendation accuracy. When I investigated, I realized that my new query, which was supposed to clean up old data, had mistakenly targeted active user preferences instead of expired ones."
