Refund Policy

maang.io is currently free. Coding Interview 101 is free to use and no
payments are being collected yet. This policy describes how refunds will work once paid
plans launch — early-access reservations never charge you.
Free access & early access
Coding Interview 101 is free. Reserving early access (and any launch discount) does not charge your card — it simply registers your interest. You will only ever be charged after you explicitly complete a purchase once paid plans are available.
Refunds on paid plans (at launch)
When paid courses and packages launch, we intend to offer a 14-day, no-questions refund on first-time purchases: if you're not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds may be declined in cases of clear abuse (e.g. bulk-downloading all content then requesting a refund) or violations of our Terms of Service.
- Mock-interview sessions are refundable until the session is delivered.

Email support@maang.io from the address on your account with your order details, and we'll take care of it.
